White House construction may have caused communications failure that brought Donald Trump’s Marine One helicopter within 700 feet vertically of a passenger jet, a Times Now report said. Marine One was reportedly moved to different take-off location due to construction, preventing a radio receiver near the airport from receiving its signal. As a result, controllers cleared passenger jet's take-off.
