What 4 measures were unveiled by FM to boost liquidity for MSMEs?

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced four measures to provide liquidity support for MSMEs. These include mandating TReDS as a transaction settlement platform for all purchases from MSMEs by CPSEs and introducing a credit guarantee support mechanism for invoice discounting. She also proposed linking GeM with TReDS and allowing TReDS receivables to be issued as asset-backed securities.
