US President Donald Trump ruled out the possibility of using a nuclear weapon against Iran, saying the country was “totally defeated militarily.” When a reporter asked if he could rule out a nuclear strike on Iran, Trump replied, “What a stupid question that is.” The only time the US used nuclear weapons in war was against Japan in 1945.
