What agreement did Govt of India sign with Govt of Nagaland?

An agreement was signed among Government of India, Government of Nagaland, and Eastern Nagaland Peoples' Organisation (ENPO). It establishes the Frontier Nagaland Territorial Authority (FNTA) covering six districts and transfers powers over 46 subjects to it. The Centre will provide annual funding and a mini-secretariat to the FNTA, aiming to boost development for the tribes in Eastern Nagaland.
