What all did PM Modi advise citizens to do or not do amid West Asia crisis?

PM Narendra Modi urged people to use petrol, gas and diesel "sparingly" and advised the use of EVs, metro, carpooling and railways to send packages amid the West Asia crisis. He called for bringing back work from home, cutting edible oil consumption and not buying foreign products. He advised against foreign trips, weddings abroad and buying gold for a year.
