What all did Puja Khedkar lie about to become an IAS officer?

UPSC in a press release said that trainee IAS officer Puja Khedkar fraudulently availed attempts beyond the permissible limit under the Examination Rules by faking her identity by way of changing her name, her father's and mother's name. She also changed her photograph/ signature, her email ID, mobile number and address. She has also been accused of faking disability.
