What anti-pollution curbs have been imposed in Delhi under GRAP-1?

Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) imposed GRAP-1 anti-pollution measures in Delhi-NCR after air quality slipped into the "poor" category. It advised citizens to keep vehicle engines tuned, turn off engine at red lights, maintain tyre pressure, keep PUC certificates updated, prefer EVs or hybrid vehicles, avoid firecrackers, and report polluting activities through mobile applications.
