What are demands of US & Iran as they head for peace talks in Pakistan?

Iran wants to retain control of Strait of Hormuz, secure withdrawal of US troops from regional bases, get US and international sanctions lifted, and retain control over its nuclear programme, including uranium enrichment. The US wants Iran to halt uranium enrichment, surrender its enriched uranium stockpile, and grant unrestricted access to Hormuz. They will hold talks in Pakistan on Saturday.
