What are ‘disha nirdeshak baatein’ part of Interim Budget 2024?

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, during the post-Budget presser, said five 'disha nirdeshak baatein' (guidelines) were part of Interim Budget 2024. They include "social justice as effective governance model", "four caste groups - poor, youth, farmers and women" and "focus on infrastructure". "DPI as new production factor" and "committee on demographic challenges" are the other guidelines.
