What are govt's new int'l travel rules that came into effect today amid Omicron scare?

According to government's new international travel rules that came into effect today, international travellers will have to provide their 14-day travel history. Only those passengers who have filled in Self Declaration Form on Air Suvidha portal, will be allowed to board flights. Travellers from countries excluding at-risk nations shall self-monitor their health for 14 days post-arrival.
