Iran has set three conditions for the passage of ships as it opens the Strait of Hormuz, state-linked Tasnim reported. The conditions are that the vessel must be commercial, not military, and the cargo shouldn't be related to hostile countries; ships must cross via Iran's designated route; and that the passage must be coordinated with the IRGC, the report stated.
