What are major reforms during 12-yr rule of PM Modi-led BJP govt?

The PM Narendra Modi-led BJP government, which will complete 12 years on June 10, has undertaken many reforms, including the UPI-led digital payments revolution, the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme, GST, Ayushman Bharat, Swachh Bharat Mission, and PM Awas Yojana.
