What are the accusations against Shah Rukh regarding renovations at his home 'Mannat'?

Activist Santosh Daundkar has approached National Green Tribunal (NGT), accusing Shah Rukh Khan of several violations in clearances for renovations at his home 'Mannat'- a grade 3 heritage building. He claimed Khan demolished two heritage properties without Environment Ministry's permit. He said a deep basement was constructed and minor minerals and groundwater were illegally extracted.
