What are the challenges confronting the Indian economy as per the govt?

Finance Ministry has listed challenges confronting the Indian economy in a report titled, 'The Indian Economy: A Review', ahead of Interim Budget. It said increased geo-economic fragmentation and slowdown of hyper-globalisation may lead to friendshoring and onshoring. It further highlighted the advent of AI and the availability of a healthy, educated and skilled population as challenges.
