What are the changes in marriage & live-in relationship rules under Gujarat UCC?

Gujarat has become the second state to get approval to implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), which mandates marriage registration, with couples required to submit a memorandum within 60 days. Live-in relationships will also have to be registered, while children born from them will be recognised as legitimate. It'll further give maintenance rights to women abandoned by their live-in partners.
