What are the features of India's 1st missile destroyer ship INS Visakhapatnam?

India's first-ever stealth-guided missile destroyer INS Visakhapatnam was inducted into the Navy on Sunday. The ship is packed with sophisticated state-of-the-art weapons and sensors such as surface-to-surface and surface-to-air missiles. It's fitted with a modern surveillance radar which gives target data to its weapon systems and has anti-submarine weapons like rocket and torpedo launchers.
