What are the features of world's largest airport Dubai is building?

Dubai has begun the construction of ₹2.9 lakh crore Al Maktoum International Airport, set to be the airport with the world's largest capacity by serving up to 260 million passengers. Spanned over 70 square kilometres, it will be five times the size of the current Dubai International Airport. The airport will accommodate 400 aircraft gates and feature five parallel runways.
