What are the new guidelines on admission of critically ill patients in ICU?

Hospitals can't admit critically ill patients in ICU if they or their relatives refuse, Health Ministry's recent guidelines said. Critically ill patients with any disease with a treatment limitation plan and anyone with a living will or advanced directive against ICU care won't be admitted to ICU. Terminally ill patients with medical judgement of futility won't be admitted to ICU.
