HDFC Bank has undergone major leadership shuffles on June 29, months after the abrupt resignation of former Chairman Atanu Chakraborty. It appointed former Finance Secretary Rajiv Kumar as part-time Chairman and as an Additional Director (Independent Director). The bank appointed former Axis Bank CFO Puneet Sharma as its new CFO. It further appointed Jigar Shah as the general counsel-designate.
