What are the risks to employees' mental health at work?

According to World Health Organization, poor working environments pose a risk to employees' mental health at work. This includes excessive workloads, long and inflexible hours, under-use of skills, unclear job role, culture that enables negative behaviour, harassment or bullying, under- or over-promotion, and inadequate pay. Recently, a 26-year-old EY employee died allegedly due to work pressure.
