What are the rules for passengers travelling without a reservation by train?

Passengers travelling without a reservation must obtain a valid train ticket before boarding. Those booking unreserved tickets via RailOne app should use their registered mobile phone and carry the same device during the journey. Screenshots or WhatsApp-shared tickets are not valid. Also, a ticket booked using a registered mobile number is valid only for the holder of that mobile phone.
