What are the rules for refund of air tickets cancelled during lockdown?

DGCA has issued guidelines for the refund of fares for flights cancelled due to the lockdown after a Supreme Court order. Those who booked tickets during lockdown for travel between March 25 and May 24 will get a full refund. Passengers who booked before lockdown for journey up to May 24 will get a refund or a transferable credit shell.
