What are the state-wise rankings in Food Safety Index 2020-21 released by FSSAI?

Gujarat, Kerala and Tamil Nadu have topped the list of large states in State Food Safety Index 2020-21, released by FSSAI. It ranks states on five parameters- human resources and institutional data, compliance, food testing (infrastructure and surveillance), training and capacity building, and consumer empowerment. Among small states, Goa came first followed by Meghalaya and Manipur.
