Ratan Tata owned assets estimated to be worth ₹10,000 crore, TOI reported. These include a 2,000-square-foot beach bungalow in Alibaug, a two-storey house on Juhu Tara Road in Mumbai, and fixed deposits exceeding ₹350 crore. He also owned a 0.83% stake in Tata Sons, holding company of $165-billion Tata Group, and had a vast personal collection of 20-30 luxury cars.
