What becomes cheaper and costlier after Union Budget 2026?

As Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced the Union Budget 2026, 17 cancer medicines are expected to get cheaper as the government has proposed to cut customs duty. EV batteries, sports equipment, solar panels, smartphones, leather equipment and microwave ovens are also expected to get cheaper.
