What conditions could Iran impose to reopen the Strait of Hormuz?

According to Iran’s semi-official Tasnim News Agency, several conditions are reportedly being discussed under which Iran could reopen the Strait of Hormuz. The conditions include guaranteed lifting of sanctions, withdrawal of American bases, return of Iran’s frozen assets and development of non-dollar trade. The broader aim is to have a new order in the Middle East, the report said.
