OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush had joked "What could go wrong?" weeks before the company's Titan submarine imploded during a tour to see Titanic wreckage, a new Channel 5 documentary revealed. "We specifically designed the submersible for this mission," Rush had said. All five people onboard the submarine, including Rush, were killed in the implosion last year.
