Actor Imran Khan has challenged the FRRO over its show-cause notice seeking to cancel his OCI status, describing the grounds as "nebulous and contradictory". In his letter, Khan has sought disclosure of all materials and evidence relied upon in the decision-making process, citing need for fairness, accountability and transparency. Bombay High Court paused the Leave India notice till November 2.
