What did India say in its FIR against Omani pilot who tried to kill Smit Machchhar?

NIA said the Centre directed it to file an FIR against Omani pilot Hamam al-Hammami for trying to kill Indian pilot Smit Machchhar and crash a flydubai plane on September 30. The FIR said Machchhar sustained deep cuts to the head and hands in the attack before passengers and crew restrained Hammami. The FIR was filed to "unearth larger conspiracy".
