After Israel Defence Forces' soldiers killed a 7-month-old Palestinian baby, Israel said, "During operational activity, soldiers perceived a vehicle accelerating toward them." It said the soldiers responded with "single shots toward the vehicle and three Palestinians were injured". An initial inquiry found "those injured were uninvolved civilians" and the incident is under review, Israel added.
