In Hindu mythology, the 10 heads of Raavan carry different symbolic meanings, representing both his immense scholarly intellect and internal human vices. In one such interpretation, each head represents a human weakness: lust, anger, delusion, greed, pride, envy, intellect, mind, will, and ego. However, some traditions also associate them with Raavan's mastery of the four Vedas and six Shastras.
