Preity Zinta, set to make a comeback in 'Batwara 1947', has built a multi-crore real estate portfolio. Zinta reportedly purchased a 1,474 sq ft apartment in Bandra, in 2023. She sold the house for more than ₹14 crore in 2025. In 2026, she sold another property for ₹18.5 crore. She owns a villa in US reportedly valued at ₹40 crore.
