What gains has Iran made under the peace deal with US?

One of Iran’s biggest gains under the deal with US is an end to military operations on all fronts and a central role in managing maritime traffic through Strait of Hormuz. US and its partners will also develop a $300 billion reconstruction plan for Iran. Meanwhile, the US has issued waivers allowing Iran to export crude oil and petroleum products.
