What happened before 7 members of a family were found dead inside car in Haryana?

The family of seven, found dead inside a car in Haryana's Panchkula, had gone for a Bageshwar Dham event. While on their way back, they reportedly consumed poison and died by suicide. A Panchkula resident, out on a walk, noticed one of the family members sitting next to the car before discovering the family's bodies.
