What happened during India-Pakistan Track 2 talks in Bangkok and Colombo?

Indian and Pakistani delegates held fresh round of Track 2 talks in Colombo and Bangkok earlier this week. The primary objective of the talks was to strengthen mechanisms for dialogue during crises, alongside measures to prevent and manage potential escalations. During the talks delegates exchanged notes, and had exchanges on issues related to terrorism and water.
