After the Sharjah-bound Air India Express flight took-off from Tiruchirappalli on Friday and its landing gear was safely retracted, the flight reported oil leak from the hydraulic system, NDTV reported. It flew normally as the Boeing 737-800 plane had built-in redundancies. The pilots circled for two hours near Tiruchirappalli to burn off fuel and reduce the plane's weight before landing.
