What happened to anti-collision devices: KTR on train accident

Telangana minister KT Rama Rao called the Odisha train mishap "horrific" and expressed his "heartfelt condolences" to the victims. He added, "What happened to the anti-collision devices? This is indeed a tragedy of unheard proportions that should have never happened." According to reports, over 260 people have died and nearly 900 have sustained injuries in the accident.
