What happens if there's a medical emergency onboard the ISS?

Astronauts aboard the International Space Station(ISS) use onboard medical kits, crew training, and telemedicine support from Earth to manage medical emergencies, as there are no doctors on the station. When a condition can't be treated in orbit, astronauts return to Earth in the spacecraft they launched aboard. Crew-11 recently returned one month early in the first medical evacuation from ISS.
