What happens to bank employees’ salaries during the Sept 28-30 strike?

Bank employees may not receive salaries for the days covered by the proposed September 28-30 nationwide strike, even if they do not participate, as the "no work, no pay" principle generally applies, former banker said. The strike has been called by the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU), under which participating bank employee organisations generally follow the industry-wide strike call.
