What happens to Venezuela President after his capture by US?

Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores have been captured by US. US Attorney General Pam Bondi said that Maduro will now face a new indictment on charges of narco-terrorism conspiracy, cocaine importation conspiracy and possession of machine guns and destructive devices. He'll stand trial on these charges. Venezuela VP Delcy Rodríguez is likely to become interim President.
