What has changed at Tata Trusts after Ratan Tata's demise?

Sir Ratan Tata Trust and Sir Dorabji Tata Trust made their trustees permanent members, ending a fixed-term appointment system, Livemint reported. Now, a member won't retire after three years and will continue until they decide to resign. Any new member to be appointed as trustee has to have unanimous consent. Noel Tata became Tata Trusts' Chairman after Ratan Tata's demise.
