Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri explained why India hasn't agreed to international probe of Pahalgam attack, saying Pakistan uses the evidence to defend terrorists. He said India gave evidence on 26/11 Mumbai attacks but Pakistan "consistently stonewalled...efforts to move probe along".
