What have US and Iran agreed to do under the peace deal?

The Iran-US peace deal will immediately halt war on all fronts, including Lebanon, with US committing to not interfering in Iran's internal affairs. US' naval blockade will be lifted and Strait of Hormuz will be opened under Iranian "arrangements". Iranian oil sanctions will be lifted, US will pay $300 billion to reconstruct Iran, and Iran's $24-billion funds will be unfrozen.
