What if we don't have salary: Tharoor on no tax till ₹12 lakh salary

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor reacted to the government's announcement that taxpayers earning up to ₹12 lakh/year will have to pay "zero" income tax. "So if you have...salary you may be paying less tax.
