What is 'nuclear dust', that Trump claims Iran has agreed to give to US?

"Nuclear dust" has been US President Donald Trump's phrase for highly enriched uranium that the International Atomic Energy Agency has said is buried deep underneath the ground following US strikes on three key Iranian nuclear facilities in June last year. Enriched uranium is a security concern for US as it could be used by Iran for creating a nuclear weapon.
