The Indian Constitution can be changed to adapt to evolving needs through Constitutional Amendments under Article 368. A Constitutional Amendment can only be initiated through a bill in either house of Parliament, introduced by either a minister or a private member. Since 1951, India has made 106 amendments, each playing a key role in shaping our democracy.
