An F1 Shakedown is a closed session held before the season that allows teams to stress-test their new car in real-world conditions rather than in a simulator. Teams are permitted to run on only three of the five days and can choose which days to participate. The 2026 Shakedown is being held from January 26-30 at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
