Malaria resulting from bites from infected mosquitoes transported by aircraft is on the rise across Europe, a new study has found. These cases of suitcase or luggage malaria - also known as Odyssean malaria, have surged over the last five years. Experts say even though malaria was eradicated in Western Europe in the 70s, climate change has spiked the cases.
