What is Bank Dual OTP system that Police advised citizens to use?

The Dual OTP system, recently recommended by Jammu & Kashmir Police for senior citizens, adds an extra security layer to banking transactions through two separate OTP verifications. The first OTP is sent to the account holder, while the second goes to a trusted family member or nominee linked to the account. Transactions are completed only after both OTPs are verified.
