What is blue card that will be trialled in football?

The International Football Association Board (IFAB) will trial blue card in football. Blue card will be shown to a player for cynical behaviour and/or misdemeanour, such as if an attack is unjustly stopped or for showing dissent towards officials. The player will be sent to sin-bin for 10 minutes before being allowed to participate in the match again.
